About the founder

Jennifer-IversonFounder Jennifer Iverson has worked in the Brazilian socio-economic development sector since her arrival in Brazil in 2006. She has facilitated, advised and trained representatives from social enterprises and civil society organizations in a range of areas such as strategic planning, business planning, financial sustainability and institutional development. She has also supported corporate institutes wishing to review or establish social programs that benefit a variety of stakeholders. 

She serves as a trusted local partner to several international organizations with local programs or seeking reliable insight into the Brazil socio-economic situation.

Prior to moving to Brazil Jennifer worked over 11 years in portfolio management at Lazard in New York and London and at UBS Wealth Management in Switzerland. She also set up Italy´s first sustainable equity fund whilst at Banca Advantage in Milan.

She graduated from the University of Missouri in St Louis with a B.A. in French and a B.A. in Political Science and received her MBA from Insper in São Paulo.

She serves on the Board of Incores, a youth-training organization in Salvador, Bahia.
